    Mexico Holidays

Enjoy the spectacular sunshine, nightlife and culture in the beautiful country of Mexico. Beach lovers will enjoy the powder soft sands and crystal clear waters of its beaches. Mexico has more to offer than just great beaches, explore ancient Mayan sites and natural attractions including whale watching and swimming with dolphins.

A lot of travellers prefer to head to the east coast of Mexico, especially in and around Cancun. This side of Mexico is surrounded by the calm tropical waters of the Caribbean Sea. Other options include Puerto Vallarta and Los Cabos which are situated on the west coast providing wilder waves from the Pacific Ocean, perfect for surfers. Cancun is well known for its lively nightlife and beachfront hotels but if you are looking for a cultural Mexico trip head to Oaxaca or Merida for a taste of authentic Mexico.

Mexico offers year round sun making it ideal for a summer or winter sun getaway. November to April is the best time to travel with dry, hot days with average temperatures of 28C. When travelling out of these months there is still plenty of sunshine but you are more likely to experience rain, luckily these are short bursts and only last for a short period of time. June to October is hurricane season, this is a great time to find cheaper deals but you are more likely to experience some bad weather.

To get your Mexico holiday started, take a look at some of our fantastic Mexico pages for ideas.
